I am new to the Point Loma area and have had a horrible acne problem for about 7 years, no products worked on my skin until I found SalonDiego and started using their skin care products and getting routine acne and facial treatments. I also have been very please with their hair cuts, I came in with a very bad bald spot and their stlyist was able to cut my hair in a way that covered it up. Thank you SalonDiego!

Had hair colored and styled, stylist recommend 7 products that amounted to about $350 to achieve the "look" and maintain color. On impulse I bought them all, figuring I could decided later what to keep (I wasn't sure I wanted to style my hair in curls since I usually blow it out straight - she recommend buying a table top hair dryer as well). I never used three of the products, since I decided it was too time consuming to repeat her style. When I called to make a follow up appt for a color touch up. I confirmed that I could return the unused products. They said, "yes, but not if they have been used" - I assured the owner they hadn't. The next day the owner refused to take them back, said he would not be reimbursed for the loss and it was the salons policy not to accept returns. I have never had a salon not honor their product or services. Every stylist I have ever bought products from has said "bring it back if it doesn't work out." I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend the salon or use them again. Prices are very high- the total for my visit and my daughter was over $500, it cost my daughter $125 for just a trim and "finish"!! I researched the products at the manufactures website and they all have a satisfaction GUARANTEE!!! Spent an hour on the phone trying to explain the product guarantee at company websites, ended up with major headache.
