My spouse has been sending me roses for years forf special occasions. It was my birthday, and he send me a dozen from this florist, but this dozen was the poorest qulity I have every seen. The rose buds looked like they had been pluck out of a minature rose bush, definitely not the quality this company claims they have. Additionally, he had asked for delivery before noon, but they did not arrive until after 2:00 p.m. Unknow to me, my husband called to complain the had not deliveried the order at noon, per their own website and card, if not satisfied, let us know. The manager became irritated and angery for his complaint and was so unprofessional he actually hung up. Unknown to me he had called, the Manger called me (delivery site) and left a very angry message on my voice mail. When I called to tell him he had called the wrong number, I was not my husband, he actually bad mouthed my husband - unbelievable! There are doxens of other florist in this big city, DO NOT order from this shop if you want QUALITY OR SERVICE for your money, they don't know what either one is!
