Postively The Best Designs And One Of Kind Event Planning

Tailored Florals did our Corporation's event planning for our top clientele. Our event had to be to perfection. Jeri and her staff provided us with postive and efficient time management to pull off a suberb event. Jeri planned the menu, selection of our linens, and the table scapes..Jeri one of kind contemporary floral design with copper intertwined with tropicals was complete package of WOW!!! We are happy to give Tailored Florals and Events By Jeri 5 star rating postively one of kind of centerpiece accented by her design choices perfomed with time management within our agreed upon fees. We will use Tailored Florals everytime for all our event planning

Terrible Service by A Tailored Florals & Events By Jeri

I was appalled by the horrible service from Jeri at A Tailored Event in Rancho Bernardo. San Diego. She basicly told my wife she did not know what she was talking about when she asked for flowers for our wedding. Jeri was Rude, and horrible. She lied to us about what she can supply and in the end stole our money and did nothing in the end. Terrible service and dis honest She is a fraud, and we now have a lawsuit pending to get our money back. I would recomend staying away from Jeri. Without outlining the entire sorry encounter let me just say that I know I was taken advantage of as a young, easy-going but impressionable bride; her estimates were over priced (something we didn’t truly realize at the time) without the quality to justify it; defensive when there was a gap between her ideas and mine; all she talked about was what she couldn’t do for the estimates quoted by her associate (with whom I had worked and signed, and who has now left) and unimaginative in design. I had provided pictures for the bouquet and centerpiece designs so there should have been no misunderstandings. In talking with her about the problems, she had lots of excuses (mainly saying my designs were too expensive for my budget) and no desire to figure out a way to make things work. At the preview she had provided an overpriced tall rectangular vase when I had clearly indicated I wanted a low square one; 3 droopy white roses, one pale hydrangea, some mescari (which is not even a true summer flower and probably wouldn’t have been available at my wedding) and some greenery. These flowers looked like they had been stuck into the vase and left to fend for themselves: there was no care or design taken with my arrangement. She seemed to think it was a great design! An hour later, working with myself and my fantastic wedding planners (Carlee Gerardi and Laura Rankin) , we were closer to what I had had in mind, but not entirely there. But to get her to re-design was hard work on our part: rather than jumping in with consideration and recognizing the huge differences between design and execution, she kept repeating how much everything was, how I couldn’t get what I wanted for the prices quoted. Even though the final design was closer to what I had envisioned, I have no confidence that on the wedding day that is what I would receive, or that the quality of the flowers would have been good. TAILORED FLORALS AND EVENTS BY JERI IS BAD NEWS. We have since selected another vendor and have more flowers, desired arrangements, a throwaway bouquet, rose petals for the aisle, flowers for name card table, reception table and belly bar tables (not in her quote at all) AND WE ARE PAYING LESS THAN HER ESTIMATES which didn’t include the belly bars, rose petals and extra tables. . So like I said: look elsewhere. THIS LADY IS UNCARING IF OUR BRIDE IS DEEPLY SADDENED BY THIS, SHE WILL NOT GIVE HER DEPOSIT BACK. WHAT A SHAMEFUL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
