My Toyota Tacoma was in need of some serious TLC... A coworker recommended AJ-USA's Service Dept., and I am so glad that they had! I did not feel like I was being "ripped off", which is how I normally feel when I take my truck to the dealer. Greg (the gentleman that helped me) explained everything to me in great detail, and even showed me my old worn out parts. He treated me with respect, which let's face it, is hard to come by these days! I will definately be going back for all of my maintenance needs in the future! They gave my truck back to me clean and running great!

Ordered K&N filters using Paypal. They did NOT ship to my confirmed Paypal address. They used an address they had on file because I had ordered from them about three years ago. Fedex returned to shipper. No discussion. They said I was at fault and charged me 20% restocking on K&N Filters of all things. No problem. I ordered them from another store and got them quickly for less money. I recouped about half my loss, and AJUSA will never make another dime off me. How smart are they?

While purchasing through our website it is noted and recommend that every customer verify that the billing/shipping address is current and accurate before submitting an order to prevent any inconveniences. Access is also available to the customer to edit any of there address/billing information at their discretion.
